New members require approval

Approve/decline new membership requests according to sign up form.

Once their request is submitted, only a select list of approvers, can approve or deny their membership request. 

The member prospect will receive a notification if their membership request has been approved or rejected.

If “New members require approval” is ticked then an approval is required each member application.

If disabled members will be created without requiring approval. This is normally turned off, if you only require credit card payment on sign-up and so individuals who supply their credit card is guaranteed to pay. We highly recommend you turn on “Email Verification on Sign-Up” to prevent spam registrations.

Enabling this feature will enable member approval for all member sign-up registrations to ClubSuite.

  1. Click the “Settings”
  2. Click on “Global Settings”
  3. Click on “New members require approval”
  4. Select the Approvers.

In the Admin Portal, Club approvals can “approve” or “reject” potential members.
